My company/school has an account with Hummert, but I don’t have a login for Hummert.com. What should I do?

The best way to set up an account associated with an existing company/school is to reach out to your sales representative at 314-506-4500 or sales@hummert.com

How do I pay my invoice?

When paying by card, your card will only be pre-authorized for the amount on the order. Once any part of the order has shipped, your card will then be charged for the amount it was pre-authorized at, and your invoice will be paid. Online orders paid On Account will be sent an invoice from invoices@hummert.com after any part of the order is shipped. You can also contact us at invoices@hummert.com or call 314-506-4500 ext. 606. 

How do I register as Tax-exempt?

How do I attain a copy of your W-9?

Can I request custom quotes?

Yes! You can submit a request for a quote for anything imaginable, right here: Get a Quote or by contacting your sales representative

Does my order have tracking information?

Tracking information can be provided upon request from a sales representative but is dependent on the type of order and information available by the manufacturer at time of order. Please contact your sales representative when requesting this information, or contact us at 314-506-4500 or sales@hummert.com

Why is there no shipping estimate on my order?

We work with a variety of carriers to secure the best possible shipping rates based on order size, weight, and destination. Because rates vary widely, we bill the exact amount charged by the shipper to ensure transparency and fairness. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of some products and their availability to ship, we are unable to offer automated rates online at this time. For these items you will see 'Freight' shipping option at checkout, where a sales rep will contact you with the freight quote after placing the order.
For items that do allow ground shipping estimates, you will see that estimate at checkout. In some cases, especially for large orders, you will receive the best rates by contacting your sales rep at 314-506-4500 or sales@hummert.com

Can I request shipping or freight cost before I place my order?

Yes, when viewing your shopping cart, click on “Get Quote” (it’s under Proceed to Checkout button.) Finish completing the next steps. A form of payment in not required and your sales representative will reach out with pricing. You may also reach out to that representative or call 314-506-4500.

How do I get a copy of my invoice(s)?

To view your invoices online, go to the My Account dashboard, and click on My Invoices. You may also email invoices@humert.com or call 314-506-4500 ext. 606. 

I’m replacing an employee who no longer works for the company/school. How do I gain access to their account?

Why was my card charged a surcharge?

In an effort to continue to provide the high level of service our customers expect, we are implementing a 3% surcharge on all payments made via credit card, beginning November 1st, 2025. This fee covers the processing costs associated with credit card transactions and is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
We also offer the following no-fee payment options:
  • ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer*
  • Debit card
  • Check (by mail or drop-off)*

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password any time under My Account details

My card was compromised. What do I do?

After contacting your banking institution to resolve the compromised cards, the please contact Accounts Receivable at 314-506-4500 ext. 606 or invoices@hummert.com. They will be able to take your new form of payment and remove any compromised card(s) from our system.

My company/school has credit terms with Hummert. How can I use that when placing orders online?

If credit has been established, please select “On Account” as Payment Method at checkout. If you don’t see the “On Account” option please contact your sales representative or call 314-506-4500.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse? I live locally but I’m not seeing Will Call when I checkout.

Due to sizes, hazmat restrictions etc, not all items will be offered to be picked up at will call. Please add a note requesting will call pickup in the Comments section at checkout when placing your order. Your sales representative will be able to process your order accordingly and will reach out with more information.
