We’re sorry an item didn’t meet your needs! Please read our terms to see if it is returnable:

Hummert Return Policy:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and method
  • Item(s) MUST be in resalable condition to receive credit
  • Amount of return is dependent on time surpassed since receipt
    • 0-10 business days – returnable, no restocking fee
    • 10 - 45 business days – returnable, 20% restocking fee
    • After 45 business days – non-returnable
    • Special order items – non-returnable

If you would like to continue with a return, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization.

Certain items are not returnable at any time. These include:
  • Any grass, vegetable or flower seeds, bulbs, or live plant material.
  • Books with protective seal removed
  • Made-to-order and special order items
Items that were drop shipped directly from the vendor are subject to the vendor’s return policy. The restocking fee and terms may exceed that of Hummert’s and is thus a separate return policy. Please inquire for further details.
