Main Features:
- All aluminum construction.
- Six-bladed propeller utilizing a cambered-twist blade design with a unique dihedral tip for higher air flow capacities at less horsepower.
- Non-overloading design maintains horsepower within catalog range of static pressure, resulting in lower motor load and reduced operating costs.
- Streamlined orifice insures higher air flow capacity.
- Available mounted in either slant housing or slant housing & diffuser.
SEALED BEARINGS
- Prelubricated oversize ball bearings are double sealed, require no service.
- Improved, more efficient drive assembly and super-duty neoprene belts provide longer service life.
- 5 year warranty on shaft and bearing assembly.
- Heavy duty totally enclosed motors with shielded ball bearings are designed for continuous work load.
- Available in two speed.
- Built-in thermal overload for low-line voltage protection on all single phase motors.
- All single speed single phase motors are dual voltage (115/230) except ¼ horsepower.
- All ¼ horsepower single phase motors are single voltage (115 or 230).
- Two speed motors are single voltage (115 or 230) and not available in 1 ½ horsepower.
- Low speed capacity of two speed fans is approximately one half of maximum.
- Three phase motors are triple voltage (200-230/460)
DDP-Model Master-Ex Fans
Combining the technology of the most efficient fans designed for agriculture and horticulture and the corrosion resistance of plastics.
Main Features:
- Housing - Heavy gauge plastic and fiberglassprovides strength and corrosion resistance while being easy to clean 14” thru 24” fans have plastic housing and diffuser. The slant design on DDPG and DDPS models improves performance and assists run-off condensation
- Propeller - Direct drive DDPS fan sizes 14” thru 24” feature stainless steel cambered twist blades riveted through the center eliminating stress
- Motor - High efficiency motors are totally enclosed with shielded ball bearings for protection from the environment
- Frame - Stainless steel provides a strong vertical support that aligns the propeller centered in the
- orifice for maximum performance
- Shutter - Unique design lowers resistance and prevents back drafts. In aluminum or plastic.
- Air Diffuser - Originally designed and introduced by Acme in 1979 in the Master-Ex line.
- Published performance for DDP and DDPS includes diffuser for accurate data - not estimated percentages
- Variable Speed - Suitable for variable speed with proper controller

CAEG Evaporative Cooling
Main Features:
- Self contained evaporative cooling system. Rugged aluminum top and a water tight, rectangular, PVC extruded gutter.
- Accommodates 4" thick pads.
- Also available in CSEG for 6" pads. For new greenhouse design or retrofitting a greenhouse.

Wall Inlet Shutters

- Wall inlet shutters manufactured from Aluminum for light weight durability.
- The model WAAC is center pivot for easier opening against house static pressures. Can be custom fitted to your applications in 1" increments.
