Our Services Include . . .
Greenhouse
Structure- Repair, tighten or replace bolts as needed,
repair damage, paint rusted surfaces. Clean and disinfect interior
of greenhouse. Spread gravel inside and outside of greenhouse.
Glazing- Remove existing poly and reinstall new. Wash
and clean rigid glazing materials inside and out. Tighten loose
fasteners, repair or replace extrusions or damaged glazing materials.
Exhaust Fans & Fan-Jets- Adjust or replace the belts, service the
shutters, secure the fan guards, lubricate the motors, and replace
the convection tubing.
Unit Heaters- Inspect
and repair flue pipe, service the heaters, and repair or replace
parts as needed.
Supplemental Lighting- Maintenance includes periodic cleaning of
the fixture, lamp and lens, and re-lamping.
Kool-Cel System-
Provide seasonal start up and shut down of the evaporative pad cooling
system. Replace pads as needed.
Motorized and Exterior Shade- Repair
or replace damaged fabric, and adjust the curtain system for proper
opening and closing. Install and remove exterior shade cloth as
needed.
Insect
Screen- Design,
installation, and maintenance of insect screen and framing.
Roof & Pad Vent- Adjust
rack arms, pinion gears, and extrusions for proper alignment.
Environmental
Controls- Program and calibrate the controls, &
set limits on the roof and pad vent motors.
Rolling
& Stationary Benches- Repair bench frames and expanded metal tops
as needed. Tighten and replace missing bolts, bracing, and leg anchors.
Irrigation- Maintain and install misting, watering, and
drip irrigation systems.
